Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Dominican Republic: 8–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and start from the ship date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.
Multiple packages
Some orders may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping.
Tracking
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after your order ships.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change it.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated in 15 business days, contact us at hola@wshopofficiall.store and we will investigate with the carrier and resend or refund your order.
