Before you write us
How long does shipping take?
We process your order in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–12 business days to the US, 7–14 to Canada and 8–15 to the Dominican Republic, counted from the ship date. Shipping is free on every order and we email you a tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It can take 2–5 business days to show its first update.
How can I pay?
Secure checkout with PayPal through Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened cosmetics. Return shipping is on you.
If it arrived damaged, defective or wrong, write us within 14 days with photos and we will send a free replacement or refund you. No need to send anything back.
